Welcome to my health and fitness page! I specialise in helping busy city professionals incorporate exercise and nutrition into their hectic schedules. With over 15 years of experience, I have helped numerous clients achieve their fitness goals and improve health. I offer both online and in-person training and deep tissue massage services. My nutritional and training programs are tailored to fit around lifestyle, and I provide 24-hour support to ensure your success. REMOTE PERSONAL TRAINING

Looking to get fit and healthy? But you lack the time to think about what you need to do in the gym? Look no further! My monthly online training programmes are fully tailored to you, with quick and seamless access to your training programme. My app includes video demonstrations and the ability to track all of your data, including the weights you are lifting, your body stats such as weight, body fat, circumference measurements, and steps. I also offer accountability, 24-hour support, nutritional guidance, eating out guides, and more. I go above and beyond to make sure that you are totally satisfied with my service.

I started personal training with Dan in January 2012. I had been suffering from a bad back for several years and had tried various treatments none of which had really led to any meaningful improvement. Dan was recommended by a work colleague.


To be honest I was a bit skeptical before I started because I couldn’t easily see the potential improvement to my back that would come from, as I saw it, training with weights. I couldn’t have been more wrong.


Dan took the time to fully understand what I was hoping to achieve and to assess the strengths and weaknesses in my fitness. He developed a carefully planned programme of various exercises, with and without weights, designed to improve my posture, flexibility and muscle engagement. All of this was a prerequisite to what then became a steady and incremental progression through various exercises leading to a material improvement in my core and wider body strength and overall posture. Since starting training with Dan I have not suffered any of the same issues with my back.


Dan is a thorough professional. He has an extensive knowledge of both training and how the body works. He uses this knowledge to develop the right combination and progression of exercises. His approach is positive, encouraging and varied and his expertise covers the full range of wellbeing including how to improve things like diet. He has a very friendly, calm and confident personal style and a real attention to detail. He understands that different people move at a different pace and need different ways to motivate themselves.

Dan is a fantastic trainer.  He develops bespoke programmes for me which fully take into account my goals....and is happy to tweak each session depending on how I am feeling on a particular day.  On my lower energy days, he starts the session gently but then slowly ups the pace, so I get a good workout.  He actively looks for opportunities to broaden his already extensive knowledge and remain up to date with current thinking.  He is a pleasure to work with and I strongly recommend him to anybody who is looking for a personal trainer.

I first started training feeling nervous that a lack of fitness would hold me back and sceptical that id see real results when previous diets and exercise regimes had never been successful. What I have experienced simply could not have proved me more wrong.

 My main motivation was weight loss and in just five months I've lost 2.5 stone- That itself is incredible but surprisingly its just the beginning. What was totally unexpected was how Dan's coaching and support has led to a complete lifestyle change for me- one that has made me feel better educated about the food choices I make, much more confident in challenging my body to reach the next goal and most importantly remarkably more confident in how I look and feel every day.

I have trained with Dan for almost a decade now. He has been there for me throughout lock down and we have just adapted our sessions to training on-line and using whatever equipment I could cobble together.  We have trained via Facetime or Zoom in the garden, in my living room and by the side of my desk when I needed some help on mobility.  He is an excellentand knowledgeable teacher who has been visionary with his on- line training.  
Like everyone else, working from home has had its challenges for me; my posture and weight have taken a hit.  Dan is helping me through all of this and he has been a God send when I have needed help with back ache or neck strain or the niggles from sitting at a laptop all day.  
My training with Dan is a precious bit of ‘me time’ – starting my day with a training session with Dan sets up my day.  Not only has he made me stronger but it hugely improves my mental health and my stress levels.
